Terms of Service
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Acceptance
By connecting an account to DMable (“the Service”), operated by Mediavine, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
What DMable does
DMable lets creators turn comments on their own Instagram and Facebook posts into private replies: when a viewer comments a keyword you configure, DMable sends that viewer the single private reply Meta permits, and optionally posts a public comment reply. You are responsible for the content of the messages and keywords you configure.
Acceptable use
- You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You will not use the Service for spam, unsolicited messaging to people who did not comment, or any automation that violates Meta’s Platform Terms or community standards.
- DMable sends at most one private reply per comment, within the messaging window Meta allows. You will not attempt to circumvent these limits.
Platform compliance
Your use of the Service is also subject to Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We may suspend accounts that put our platform access at risk or that we believe violate those policies.
Data
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect and delete your data at any time; see the data-deletion page.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mediavine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by Meta against your accounts.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll post changes here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
