Privacy Policy

Who we are
DMable (“we”, “us”) helps creators turn Instagram and Facebook comments into private replies. We are operated by Mediavine. Contact: privacy@dmable.com.
What we collect
- Account connection data: the Facebook Pages and linked Instagram Business accounts you connect, and the access tokens needed to act on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed in our UI or logs.
- Comment events: when someone comments on a post you’ve armed with a keyword, we receive the comment text, the commenter’s platform-scoped ID and username, and the media ID — solely to send the private reply you configured.
- Delivery logs: records of the private replies we send, to enforce our one-reply-per-comment guarantee and to show you analytics.
How we use it
We use this data only to operate the comment-to-DM feature you set up: matching keywords, sending the single private reply Meta permits per comment within the allowed messaging window, and reporting results back to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not send unsolicited messages to anyone who did not comment.
Data sharing
We share data only with the platforms required to deliver the service (Meta’s Graph API) and our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, background-job processing) acting as processors under contract. We never sell personal data.
Retention & deletion
You can disconnect any account at any time, which deletes its tokens, posts, and keyword rules. You may also trigger deletion by removing DMable from your Facebook settings; our data-deletion endpoint purges your connected accounts and scrubs personal data from our logs. Comment identifiers may be retained in de-identified form to prevent duplicate replies.
Changes
We’ll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
